Soy Sauce Salmon

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb fresh salmon fillets
- 6 Tbsp melted butter
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce
- to taste lemon pepper seasoning
Method

1Spray a large non-stick pan with cooking spray.

2Lay salmon fillet(s) flat on the prepared pan, skin side down.

3In a bowl, mix melted butter with soy sauce until combined.

4Pour the butter and soy sauce mixture over the salmon.

5Bake at 375Β°F or 400Β°F for 15-20+ minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140Β°F. If desired, for the last few minutes, turn on low broil instead.
Notes
The oven rack position (2nd track from top) is important for even cooking. This recipe is a family favorite and kid-approved.
