Soy Sauce Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 6 Tbsp melted butter
  • 6 Tbsp soy sauce
  • to taste lemon pepper seasoning

Method

    Spray a large non-stick pan with cooking spray.

    Lay salmon fillet(s) flat on the prepared pan, skin side down.
  3. 3
    In a bowl, mix melted butter with soy sauce until combined.
  4. 4
    Pour the butter and soy sauce mixture over the salmon.
  5. 5
    Bake at 375Β°F or 400Β°F for 15-20+ minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140Β°F. If desired, for the last few minutes, turn on low broil instead.

Notes

The oven rack position (2nd track from top) is important for even cooking. This recipe is a family favorite and kid-approved.
