Ingredients
- 1.25 cups water
- 0.25 cup oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
Method

1Add water, oil, brown sugar, and salt to the bread machine.

2Add bread flour.

3Add active dry yeast last.

4Select the desired bread cycle.

5Allow the machine to complete the baking process.
Notes
Original recipe called for 2 tsp yeast but has been adjusted to 1-1.5 tsp.
Variations
Italian cheese bread
At the "Add Ingredient" beep, add shredded pepperjack or sharp cheddar cheese with parmesan, Italian seasoning or oregano, pepper, powdered garlic, or chopped onion. Recipe is dairy-free when prepared without cheese variations.
